Sussex Small Batch Ruffles White stout – what is it?
Continuing our range of pudding/pastry stouts. Six specialty malts, Goldings and Fuggles hops; Madagascan vanilla pods and roasted cacao nibs amalgamate to produce a smooth white stout. Dark malts are omitted resulting in a paler beer with a creamy stout mouthfeel reminiscent of a 1930’2 confection that is still going strong today!
Especially good with raspberry ripple ice cream.
